Do I need to carry anything out to the curb?
No. We do the loading. Curbside piles are quickest, but we also take items from basements, garages, sheds, apartments and upper floors — just tell us about stairs or elevator access so the quote is accurate.
What won't you take?
Hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, solvents, propane tanks, fuel and biohazard material. Heavy materials such as concrete, soil, brick, shingles and drywall, plus pianos and very heavy furniture, are quoted case by case.
Can you clear a whole basement, garage or estate?
Yes. Full clear-outs are routine work for us. Photos of each area plus a note on what's staying let us quote the volume and the labour properly.
Where does the material go?
To the appropriate transfer, disposal or recycling facility, and to donation where an item is genuinely reusable and the timing allows.
Can junk removal be combined with a clean-up?
